How to DREAM your Life into being
With a New Moon in Pisces on the 23rd of February, it will be practically impossible not to be in a Dreamlike state. I m already feeling like calling it a PYJAMA PARTY day and having breakfast in bed all day every day!
When the moon this Sunday at 15:15 pm starts its cycle again the practice is to plant the seeds of new ideas and beginnings in our lives. Neptune the ruler of Pisces is bringing us drifty, etherial energies that loosen our limbs and make us sway from side to side like a curly willow branches above the waters of the Pisces sign.
What would your dream life be? Ask these dreamy energies to birth into your future that which is authentically fulfilling.
Take a rest. Take your time. Simply allow yourself to dream. What if there were no limits of time and money to what you can achieve? What would you do? How would you feel already?
We so rarely allow ourselves even to consider what our day would be like if we’re to do what we want. Do you remember what you used to dream of as a child?
We have these expressions: I will have this in my dream house…when I will be living my dream life, somehow always placed in the future, away from now…Why is that and how these dreams can become a reality?
It almost seems like dreaming is an act full of condemnation. Society or our mind (ego? ) goes: get real… but not this time around. The energies that are already here are conducive to you letting go of the logical mind and control allowing you to dream a little and not place any judgment or post questions of how…let it be taken care of for you. There is no need to know the hows. If you actually try this act of no conceptualization it is what may give space for a dream to take off.
Given our divine nature as a CREATOR of this reality the only thing that stops a dream from coming true is our own disbelief in its possibility. We first send creative energy of a new idea forward, but then take a million steps backwards when our mind/ego or it is better to call it FEAR starts to undermine our ‘airy-fairy desires’. What if you could ground and anchor your ideas into the physical realm?
If you are working with old dreams move them from a shelf titled: Not possible to -> Achievable things I love doing and then start adding more dreams.
With the new ones, don’t let them be controlled or boxed into your fear/logic-based self. Exercise trust. Trust in what you can: yourself, god, universe.. but only in trusting you will make it be. Keep taking yourself into the emotional connection of how you would feel having it and stay in that space as long as you can. Keep loving yourself whilst having it. If you can thank yourself and the universe for bringing it to you that could help a great deal. Keep imagining that it is approaching you and it is almost here. Let go and forget about it. If you remember it again naturally, just express your gratitude for it. Bring it in so to speak into your reality. Know that you deserve it and all the rest of the dreams too and soothe yourself in the knowing of this abundance. When it will arrive it will feel so natural and you will realise the smooth and easy transition of what happened - a manifestation of your dreams through trust, belief and love towards yourself.
You simply can’t give up on you. You are your priority and what you are is a divine essence. Universe wants to expand and experience this expansion through you. You are facilitating its growth and knowing of the self. So DREAM BIG! DREAM AS EXPANSIVELY as you POSSIBLY CAN and for the benefit of the whole so it will be!
Here are some helpful tips and dream research:
Dream a Dream…
Sleep researcher Dr Caroline Horton says: disrupting your dream is bad for your body, hence why I rarely use an alarm unless I got smth arranged.
I use my lavender Good Sleep Sachet every night. Made out of vintage, handwoven natural linen I am certain that I am not breathing in any unnecessarily chemical dyes.
A while back whilst travelling to Crete where I was combining a family celebration with a visit to a sacred site I picked up this YELLOW book by Kristina Karlsson at the Heathrow airport.
It has all the guidance you need in order to DREAM BIG and DEEP. I am still going through it, but I love her 101 list idea. I got big and I mean big notebook and all my ideas and dreams go there! Big or small, silly or weird. It is super helpful to dream your life this way. I love this little sprinkle of magical approach to life.
I AM DREAMING MY LIFE INTO BEING….LOVE IT, don’t you?
There is one man I know of that has never given up on his dream. He said:
In the meantime I m off to have a cup of camomile tea and guess what, some well deserved dreamy sleep
