The way it works:

• you will state an intention of where you want the change to take place

• we discuss the energies around it ( prepare to go on a vulnerability journey with me )

• together we work with the energy and shift it

• you will see a reflection of the work we’ve done in your physical reality as a confirmation as time goes

Prepare to be fully engaged during the session. How interactive, authentic and honest you are will determine the results. If you are truly ready for the change stay open as much as possible to receive it.
