In old Russia, white water lilies were called mermaid flowers. 

According to popular belief, mermaid nymphs live among the flowers of water 

lilies in lakes and quiet rivers. Blown away is the feeling you get when you

 stand by the water reservoir that is filled with water lilies. 

It all feels magical like a fantasy image and if you brush it away you 

will see the same blurriness I tried to depict using charcoal
