Any true story always really starts the day you reach the end of the road. The moment you feel like you’re emotional core is sliced in half 💔. You see no end to the pain, fear, and the internal ‘boomerangs’ with their traumas. Sitting patiently with it for days on end, months to count… ticking away. Red full-bodied wine to numb. Sip.
What is that horrid, swirling black substance lurking in the corner? Nah, not I.
It is one place no one wants to go look for treasured ♦️- shaped rubies. The dark, sick, and hellish space of the shadow self.
This yucky mess is the highest grade healer there is. Radical like period art, raw like tartare, and on par with poisonous medicines that transmute by shutting down your system conjuring a mini death of sorts. This energy is the best, most powerful combustor you can find. If you go there and I mean really go there… sit and feel that part of you that most don't want to give time a day, you might just make it, might just see the other side...
This place is run by The Mistress. She, who will promise to take away all your sorrows, make your ache disappear in passionate amorous days that turn into nights and nights into darkness. Her rootedness in pleasure and lust is known by all, too alluring to resist.
You will fall, hot and heavy, dreading the weight of your corpse, rivers of blood running and meat of your fleshy heart chewed slowly.
Mistress devours not just your negative energies but she’ll feast into your light if you allow attachment linger - neverending remorse of a burning passion of the mind masturbating on a cyclical thought.

Consider yourself having aligned your Root when you feel a sense of safety and security everywhere on the Planet Earth, every day, and on all levels (physical, emotional...).
‘Standing on your own two feet’ and that is exactly it. The 2 hip bones together with the sacrum and coccyx creating the pelvic valley, as I like to call it, all the way through your legs and feet energetically connect you to the Earth’s core. Feet play outmost importance in this equation. Not only our precious feet have a lot of nerve endings, but we also release a lot of toxins through them. Grounding/earthing is paramount given how disconnected we all have become from the biosphere of the Pachamama. Doing it every day can’t be encouraged enough. No matter if the soil is wet, place your bare feet down and re-charge. I use tree roots to sit on in case the ground is too cold. 10-15 minutes of your time and you have recalibrated yourself. It is so powerful.
Once you begin to do it more often you‘ll notice the tingling feeling as soon as you hit the ground. The free radicals/negative energies are being released/ transmuted. If you live in a warm climate, have a private tucked away garden, skin to the soil is best. It will create heaps of change in your body and state of mind. Soil is our mother and we have to return to it as often as possible. From a physicist perspective, she is electrons, magnetism, field, and energy and so are we to put it simply.
This state will be reflected in your 3D. An example would be a general sense of calm and slowing down. You will acknowledge that there’s no need to chase, push, get, prove... Not finishing the food on your plate/ cup or glass completely, especially for those who have been scolded for it in childhood or have the infamous ‘Not Enough’ police inside them is another way this may reflect. You will feel not only that it is enough for all, but feel abundantly at home here on Earth.
Further: Even though Root chakra is the closest to Earth and soil, hence it deals with earthly or 3D (three dimensional) emotional needs of security and survival (We all know when there is no shelter or safety there is no foundation for anything else), it is actually the whole area of so-called Primordial Fire that is responsible for the First Step in a process of Conscious Creation that has everything to do with the Moon cycles. It all begins with Sag (Sagittarius) and ends with Capricorn.
