3 Fold Flame & Golden River Meditations
Saint Marie Monastery in Sobrado, Spain where I stayed as a pilgrim on my Camino from 12 June- 17 July 2019
Another wonderful day filled with an opportunity to raise our vibrations by stepping into 11/11 Energy Portal. How to do it? How does one walk through a Celestial Gateway?
If you are asking yourself that question that means you are on the path already! Congratulations on making it this far, I am sure it wasn’t easy. 11/11 is a gateway, an energetical portal that opens up a new you, allowing one’s spirit to take a closer step towards your higher self.
The fluid field of the universal matrix that is mathematical is often revealed to us through numbers, as the elements of the building blocks. Starting from the 8/8 up to last month’s 10/10, the current 11/11 and the future 12/12 these days are all part of the process that complete the blueprint of the new 2020.
The pair of ‘1’ is a numerical inscription of the gatekeepers or column-like guards of the passage you will enter today. The doubling of it amplifies the amount of energy that is pouring through the gateway. It is a flood and it well may feel like one. I was a little surprised with what seemed like a sudden urge to cry on the day. Frustration and fear that overtook me was not something I could explain but I surrendered, remembering Ekhart Tolle teachings.
11 is also a symbol of angels for me and a sign of a twin flame, so many of you will be perhaps meeting or dealing with your twin flame energy.
It is so important to stay in positive vibrations due to the amplification, but also letting go of any resentment or blockages without judgment or need for an explanation for the rewiring of mental patterns on a cellular level to take place.
I could not leave home until I sat down into a group meditation with Aliona’s Kluchi Masterstva (keys of mastery in Russian) that she prepared for us using material received by Lauren Gorgo, where we were building colourful columns of light from within the heart that anchored our connections to the vertical energies of new realities. Hence why I used this image from the inside of the Sobrado Abbey in Spain were inside a hidden time capsule dating to the 14th century a chapel of Mary Magdalene is preserved. I had to detour to visit this place whilst on my Camino this summer (12 June - 17 July 2019). The columns of light within the matrix look something like that, Tetris-like but with colour.

3 Fold Flame Meditation
take a deep breath in; connect to the earth through your feet and to cosmos through your crown
go into the area where your heart is and think of a super positive, powerful and loving experience you had this year that made a big impact
fill your heart with that emotion and vibration whilst thinking of a place, person, experience or an animal ( it was for me)
see how the energetical space around you fills up with love, happiness, acceptance, fulfilment whatever feeling it might be
keep your internal focus to see how your body is reacting to such beautiful high vibrational replay
if anyone that you know came up in your mind’s eye at this time (dead or alive) ask for permission from their higher self to join your practice
now get back to your chest centre where you witness a birth of a small spark that builds up into a three-fold flame of pink, blue and yellow
you are focusing on the dance of these petal-like flames; they become bigger in their movement and burning intensity
this triggers the suppressed dam of such a powerful stream of energy upwards, downwards and floods your system
the stream that poured out of your heart is like a pillar or a column of light inside which you are standing. It extends way above you to reach your highest chakra and way below you to reach your bottom chakra (both outside of your body). It is a release!
the most important part of this meditation is the fact all of it is coming out of your heart - an endless reservoir
‘look’ at your feet and see if you can spot a grid, the metrical structure of the fabric of the universe that you are making an imprint on and don’t forget to check in with your body as it knows what’s true, authentic or feels right
now that the barrier is lifted go back to the three-fold flame and envisage how from within the dance a purple light is born and fills up the column you are standing in
this purple column widens and flows beyond your physical body into all your bodies (mental, emotional, ethereal and spiritual)
don’t forget to breath and breath slowly; if you know your weakest spots direct this purple stream into those particular areas
next, an emerald healing stream of light is born out of your heart centre that spreads all around
then a pink stream of unconditional light, love and forgiveness makes way across every area; allow yourself to forgive yourself
and last a diamond, silver and gold light flares upward and downward of your pillar from the heart; it transforms all hurt and unloved parts of the self and you feel your crown stretch out to a higher dimensions
deep breath out via heart, focus on your feet and inside the Earth - we are anchoring new magical energies in our cells and the planet’s body as well
deep breath in and stay in the experience for a minute, thank all the guides, angels and ancestors that helped you during this process today and on your journey to this moment
open your eyes and whist moving your body and hands see if you can ‘feel’ and ‘see’ the column here and now on the earthly plane
It is very important that the pillars of light that you are projecting from within your heart remain with you in their upright vertical connection because that is your claim to the 5D instead of 3D horizontal or earthly energies.
Mercury is retrograde and tomorrow, 12 November 2019 at 14:03 the moon is full in Taurus (abundance), I feel we got until then the latest to choose to step up. I put Abundance in brackets because we will be confronted to look into our money matters, our value systems and either make old or new choices during this time.
Another great exercise that I took away was to throw away anything that is no longer valid into a silver-gold river.
Coincidentally (not, as nothing is), a month ago I was mesmerised by the shimmer of the Aegean Sea on the island of Crete, so here is a reference. My deep and powerful connection to liquid metal-like energy of water has a long history but about that in another post. Today lets focus on the building blocks of our new empowered self.
